Our vagus nerve

Almost everyone is feeling anxiety on some level right now. It’s important that we practice self-care and self-compassion. It is also important to keep our vagus nerve in tone. This cranial nerve runs throughout our bodies and unlike other nerves it effects all the organs in our bodies. The Vagal nerve is responsible for  “flight or fight or rest and digest” signals to our bodies. I recently hosted a video on our Facebook Page with Easy Tricks to Tame Anxiety by Accessing Your Vagus Nerve. I hope you will take time to view it. And remember, if you want a personalized approach on dealing with stress and anxiety, I am offering telehealth sessions. Phone 757.603.4604 to schedule an appointment.
