Within this space you will experience connection, validation, and support. We hope everyone will feel comfortable to share experiences and learn from others who face similar challenges in a non-judgemental environment.
January 13th to February 17th, we will meet weekly on Zoom
Tuesday nights, 6:00–7:30pm for guided sessions designed to help you:
- Build coping skills to manage stress and anxiety
- Explore self compassion and mindfulness as tools for personal growth
- Connect through discussion and support in a safe, welcoming environment
